TEAM
Felix has been working within the construction industry for over 13 years. With history of design consulting, contracting and international projects across a variety of sectors and sizes, his vast experience enables added value to all manner of projects and is core to his proven track record.
With a continuing positive attitude and collaborative approach to design he is viewed as a key team member in any project. His youthful dynamism and firm understanding of mechanical and public health engineering systems forms an important aspect of FJ&B’s design solutions.

ABOUT GREG
Greg joins us from a strong technical background in running and operating a number of theatres for the last 16 years. With specialist knowledge in systems operations within such critical environments he is particularly aware of design considerations surrounding the end user.
Before joining FJ&B, Greg oversaw an extensive refurbishment of Fairfield Halls managing the Technical and Facilities services for the operator. Making a jump into Mechanical Engineering he is able to offer a more holistic view of MEP systems and their design solutions.

Uzo joined us with a dynamic background of 10+ years that reflect rich experience in Electrical Design Engineering in the Oil and Gas, Construction and Building Services industry with a hands-on approach to designing electrical projects from the conceptual stage to the final product.
Uzo brings his strong analytical and creative skills to any project whilst demonstrating forward thinking and self-motivation.

Shay brings a wealth of experience to our team, transitioning from a background in Family Law where she worked as a Paralegal.
With a keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills honed in the legal field, Shay now serves as our Office Manager. Her ability to manage complex tasks and coordinate efficiently ensures smooth operations within the company. Shay is passionate about creating a positive and organized environment, helping the team thrive in its daily activities.

Morton joined us with a background of electronics engineering and computer aided design. Now working within the draughting department to partner his understanding of engineering principles with producing technical drawings.
Within his time at FJ&B he has progressed into a three-dimensional draughting role, working within a variety of software packages to help coordinate and deliver designs to our clients.
